Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.

We offer you the following hotels of various categories, available at reduced rates – see registration form at the bottom of this page.

Please note: although rates quoted are discounted we cannot guarantee that the rates offered below are the cheapest available as hotels have special promotions on from time to time.

  • All hotels are located within a reasonable distance from the conference venue – see map
  • The prices are per room and night (incl. breakfast in buffet style, WiFi, VAT and all taxes).
  • Hotel assignment will be made on the first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Please remember to book hotel early in order to secure your preferred accommodation.
  • The special conference prices mentioned below are valid only, if you send the order from this web site (using the form bellow the list of hotels). Do not book the room direct in the hotels!

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing about any change in booking or cancellation

In case of cancellation hotel booking 1 day and later before arrival or in case of no show, one night deposit will be charged (or one night deposit to be made to the conference account if hotel amount due not already paid at time of cancellation).

Cancellation Fees and Refunds for DAP hotel
a) 29 to 15 days before arrival – 20% of the total amount due
b) 14 to 8 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount due
c) 7 days to 1 day before arrival – 60% of the total amount due
c) day of arrival or now show – 100% of the total amount due

The payment of cancellation fee must be made to the conference account if hotel amount due is not already paid at time of cancellation.

Non Refundable Bookings
The total amount of the booking is required. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
