Notice
The account number mentioned above is valid for the payments in EUR only.
If you intend to transfer the fee from the CZK account, please inform us at terezia.nemcova@fs.cvut.cz. An invoice in CZK will be emailed to you.

Final Invoice
The final invoice (tax document) will be sent to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (emailed) to the terezia.nemcova@fs.cvut.cz  The appropriate refunds will be made after the Meeting.

Registration cancellations will be accepted with a refund as follows:
before 13 April 2024: full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of 10 EUR will be deducted
from 14 April to 30 April 2024: 50% refund
on 1 May 2024 and later: no refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to the Meeting account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
