How to book hotel via Conference Secretariat?

NOTES
- All hotels are located within a reasonable distance from the Conference venue (see map below).
- Hotel assignment will be made on the first-come, first-serve basis.
- Hotel voucher will be emailed to you until 2 weeks before your arrival at the latest
- The price of the accommodation includes bed, breakfast in buffet style, WiFi, VAT and city charges.
- The prices below (cancellation available / non-refundable) are valid only when the order is sent to the Conference Secretariat (not to the hotel).
- Prices could be modificated due to the change of Czech Crown exchange rate, which is expected this year.
- Please note: although rates quoted are discounted we cannot guarantee that the rates offered below are the cheapest available as hotels have special promotions on from time to time.
Cancellation Fees
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing about any change in booking or cancellation
In case of cancellation hotel booking 2 days and later before arrival or in case of no show, one night deposit will be charged (or one night deposit to be made to the conference account if hotel amount due not already paid at time of cancellation).
The payment of cancellation fee must be made to the conference account if hotel amount due is not already paid at time of cancellation.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Total amount of the booking is required in advance. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
