Prague is a top pick amongst travellers on the dates of the Conference. Hotel prices are higher as usual. We offer you the following hotels of various categories, available at reduced rates.

Please note: Although the rates quoted are discounted we cannot guarantee that the rates offered below are the cheapest available as hotels have special promotions on from time to time.

  • The prices are per room and night (incl. breakfast, WiFi, VAT and all taxes).
  • Hotel assignment will be made on the first-come, first-serve basis.

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing about any change in booking or cancellation

In case of cancellation hotel booking 1 day and later before arrival or in case of no show, one night deposit will be charged (or one night deposit to be made to the conference account if hotel amount due not already paid at time of cancellation).

Cancellation Fees and Refunds for DAP hotel
a) 29 to 15 days before arrival – 20% of the total amount due
b) 14 to 8 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount due
c) 7 days to 1 day before arrival – 60% of the total amount due
c) day of arrival or now show – 100% of the total amount due

Cancellation Fees for Harmony hotel
will be charge (or to be made to the conference account if hotel amount due not already paid at time of cancellation).
a) 21 to 14 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount due
b) 13 days to 5 days before arrival – 80% of the total amount due
c) 4 days before arrival and later or no-show – 100% of the total amount due

The payment of cancellation fee must be made to the conference account if hotel amount due is not already paid at time of cancellation.

Non Refundable Bookings
The total amount of the booking is required. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
